In Marseille, we have been selected—alongside contractor Fayat—for the design–build contract to rehabilitate the Menpenti School. In the heart of the city, our intervention on this late-19th-century school heritage is approached with respect and a subtle touch.

Process model of the Lyon tramway maintenance center by Tectoniques, showing a transverse section of the maintenance hall: rammed-earth base and retaining wall, steel portal frames, prefabricated floor slabs with integrated tracks, and a folded timber roof structure supporting a ventilated metal façade and roof build-up, illustrating the structural hierarchy and material interface between earth, steel, and timber.
Aerial view of the Tramway Maintenance Center in Lyon, showing a large rectilinear industrial complex integrated into a dense urban fabric, with extensive flat roofs partly covered by photovoltaic panels, open maintenance yards organized in orthogonal grids, and long, low technical buildings aligned along the tram tracks. The ensemble is framed by planted strips and tree-lined streets that buffer the facility from surrounding mid-rise residential blocks and mixed-use buildings, with the wider city and hills forming the background.

Axonometric line drawing of the Tectoniques architects nursing home in Auxerre, showing a large multi‑storey complex composed of four perimeter wings forming two U‑shaped volumes linked by elevated central bars. The plan organizes patient rooms in repetitive window bays around internal courtyards, while the connecting blocks create covered circulation spines above a recessed, transparent ground floor entrance zone supported on pilotis. The image highlights the overall massing, roof geometry, and spatial hierarchy between the residential wings, shared central facilities, and open courtyards.
Perspective view of the Tectoniques architects’ nursing home in Auxerre, showing a symmetrical, four-storey timber-clad volume forming a U-shaped plan around a central forecourt. The two lateral wings frame a recessed, fully glazed central body that marks the main entrance and common areas, with vertical and horizontal mullions structuring the façade. The upper levels feature regular window bays set in a rhythmic grid of vertical cladding, while broad roof overhangs emphasize the horizontal lines of the building. In the foreground, a straight pedestrian axis leads to the entrance, bordered by low concrete benches, planted swales, and a mix of grasses, shrubs, and scattered rocks, creating a landscaped transition between public space and the healthcare facility. Residents and visitors, including people using wheelchairs, animate the outdoor spaces, indicating accessible circulation and use of the garden as an extension of the interior living areas.
