Project description

Le pôle culture, enfance et jeunesse de Saint-Valérien regroupe deux programmes important de la vie du territoire : le centre de loisirs et l’école de musique et de danse. Le site, en lisière de commune, bénéficie d’une vue dégagée sur le paysage. Pour inscrire clairement l’équipement dans son territoire, et afin de gérer la mise à distance du bâtiment vis à vis de l’espace public, le projet recourt à une géomètre simple, symétrique et facilement identifiable où chacune des ailes accueille une entité du programme. La référence domestique et vernaculaire est assumée pour afficher une présence familière et bienveillante.
