48 dwellings, student residence and Frida Kahlo school complex in Bordeaux

Block 8.10 is located in the Armagnac Sud district of Bordeaux Euratlantique. It combines a School complex, housing and a student residence in a layout that organises public openness towards the park and residential privacy. Planting extends into the heart of the block and onto the roofs, forming a continuous landscape. The architecture addresses the mixed programme through a unified grid and largely prefabricated construction systems.
