Project description

Block 8.10 is located in the Armagnac Sud district of Bordeaux Euratlantique. It combines a school complex, housing, and a student residence in a design that balances public access to the park with residential privacy. Vegetation extends to the heart of the block and the rooftops, creating a continuous landscape. The architecture accommodates the programmatic diversity through a unified design based on largely prefabricated construction systems.
