Project description

L’îlot 8.10 s’inscrit dans le quartier d’Armagnac Sud à Bordeaux Euratlantique. Il associe groupe scolaire, logements et résidence étudiante dans une composition qui articule ouverture publique sur le parc et intimité résidentielle. La végétation se prolonge jusqu’au cœur d’îlot et aux toitures, pour former un paysage continu. L’architecture prend en charge la mixité programmatique par une écriture unitaire fondée sur des systèmes constructifs largement préfabriqués.
