Project description

Conçue pour allier confort psychique et fonctionnalité, l’EHPAD accueille 80 résidents dans un bâtiment sur deux niveaux. La configuration du bâtiment organise espaces publics et privés autour de jardins accessibles depuis chaque étage. Toitures végétalisées, brises-soleil, ventilation naturelle et capteurs solaires optimisent confort, lumière, vue sur les jardins et performance énergétique.
