Project description

Located on a triangular plot in a dense urban context, the project backs onto Rue de Vigny and is organized into three wings. The 80 rooms are grouped into small living units around accessible, protected gardens. The circulation areas widen and benefit from generous natural light, making them genuine living spaces. A timber lattice forms a brise-soleil on the façade, while the green roof terraces increase thermal inertia and contribute to summer comfort. The whole provides a living environment attentive to uses and care.
