Project description

Located in a suburban context, the facility is organized into two building wings surrounding a walled garden. The volumes are fragmented to create small domestic-scale living units. They are connected by a multipurpose room that takes the form of a gallery widely open at the interface between the street and the garden. The interior atmospheres are characterized by the wooden structure, the abundance of natural light, and the opening onto landmarks of the landscape. The roof is cut into large overhanging plates, the rhythm of the rafters also imprinted on the facade.
