Project description

Located on the edge of a public park, the project is organized according to a bioclimatic layout adapted to the topography. The buildings, arranged in stepped terraces along the slope, optimize sunlight and views. Accessed via external walkways, the dwellings, either dual-aspect or triple-aspect, extend onto generous balconies. The construction system, in timber or hybrid concrete column–slab with timber-framed façades, varies according to building height to combine efficiency and cost control. The external timber structures and coloured metalwork articulate the façades.
