Project description
Located on the edge of a public park, the project is organized as a fragmented composition adapted to the topography. The buildings, arranged in stepped terraces on the slope, optimize sunlight and views. Accessed via offset external walkways, the dwellings, either cross-ventilated or with triple orientation, are extended by generous balconies. The construction system, in timber or hybrid concrete column–slab with timber-frame façades, varies according to height to combine efficiency and cost control. The external timber structures and coloured metalwork give rhythm to the façades.
