60 Housing Units in Rive-de-Gier
Combining grouped single-family homes, intermediate housing, and small apartment buildings, this complex is entirely constructed using a “5D” construction method, combining 2D macro-components and 3D technical modules. This industrialised approach allows for rapid execution, controlled quality, and a significant reduction in construction site disruption. Located on a steep slope, the project favours fragmented volumes and a domestic scale, promoting urban and landscape integration.
