Project description

Located in an urban area, the riding centre is set on a compact plot between a public park and sports facilities. Built in several phases, it brings together stables, club house, outdoor arena, indoor arena and paddock. The project aims to provide facilities suited to horse riding while ensuring animal welfare at the heart of a dense urban environment. Largely built in timber, the buildings are clad with boarding painted in Falun red that refers to the local brick heritage. The indoor arena has a three-dimensional structure covered with a tensioned fabric roof.
