Administrative Restaurant in Bron
Project description
The administrative restaurant of the CETE (Centre for Facilities’ Technical Studies) in Bron provides 400 seats and hosts occasional events. Integrated into the orthogonal layout of the campus, it is composed of five staggered modules that accommodate terraces. The whole is sheltered by a sunshade made of young chestnut trees fixed to a metal exostructure. The volumes are based on a rational, repetitive structural grid that allows a high degree of flexibility in the layout. The profile of the roof structure provides zenithal lighting and promotes natural ventilation.
