The building is made entirely of wood products. The load-bearing frames are comprised of column-beam structures, and the walls are in wood. The decking roof is supported by wooden joists. The entrances are column-beam structures with wood flooring. They are mostly glazed, but there are also panels in tinted laminate. The lower volumes are clad in cross-laminated, overlapping larch panels that emphasise the horizontality of the structure. The upper volumes are clad in zinc. The single-slope roof is also covered in zinc, with standing seams. A ground-coupled heat exchanger regulates the indoor temperature.
